Role summary:
Currently we are looking for Senior Payroll Analyst to join our plant in Arnage . This role, reporting directly to the Regional Payroll Supervisor, will carry the responsibility of overseeing payroll processes for approx. 400 employees in France. Will be responsible for coordination of Payroll processes. The individual will play an important role in coordinating team efforts, ensuring seamless payroll operations, and delivering accurate results.
This is great opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll processes and in the future would like to grow to Lead role.
We are looking for a person either full or part time (30h) with ability to visit Arnage's office 2-3 times per week (at least for first 6 months, then upon agreement with direct manager it might be less often).
Your role:
Coordinate activities of French Payroll Team ensuring that all employees are paid accurately, and all statutory reports are produced and validated in a timely manner.
Help Team members setting priorities.
Distribute workload and delegate tasks.
Lead team’s accountability for the completion of key controls and ensure that all SLAs on payroll are met by everyone.
Undertake day-to-day payroll activity ensuring smooth running of the service.
Provide constructive and meaningful feedback about Team to Regional Payroll Supervisor.
Instill and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
Work closely with other departments such as HR, Finance, Comp to ensure processes alignment.
Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation and implement changes where necessary and ensure Payroll Team are fully informed of any such changes.
Your profile:
The successful candidate will have in depth payroll experience, 5+ years of experience in a multinational and complex payroll environments, with exposure to French Payroll .
Must be able to work well under pressure, build strong relationships, continuously motivate and develop people as well as hold team accountable to commitments.
Must possess strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information.
Proven track record of supporting international payrolls (including France), achieving strict SLAs, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in cross country organizations.
Must be fluent in French and in English/German/Polish.
