Position Description:

· Handle and maintain the time registration system including preparing attendance reports, track employees attendance and follow up with the concerned employees.

· Mange travels arrangements of the employees and visitors.

· Handling the process of family / business visa application.

· Prepare and maintain employees leave records / Leave Tracking / Updating reports / Follow up with employees and Supervisors.. etc.

· Preparing the official letters.

· Preparing HR forms / excel reports.

· Submitting Sceco & Stc bills for the finance department regularly & prepare the related reports.

· Provides payroll information by preparing the monthly attendance records and submitting the deductions.

· Reviewing travel agents / hotels bills, submitting supported document and follow up with concerned parties in case of any issue.

· Review and verify employees over time requests / submitting or preparing the supporting documents /Follow up with concerned employees and supervisors.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • Experience in same field
