This position is a global role, reporting directly to the Manager, Global HR Employee Services.
This position will oversee the “ my HR” portal which is one of the primary resources available to the Company’s 16,000+ employees globally and is a key pillar of the HR function. my HR advances employee engagement and strategic initiatives such as self-service to a diverse global audience.
Responsibilities will include:
o Working closely with content owners to improve content and user experience
o Managing the bi-annual content governance process
o Document technical processes and teach others
o Updating complex documents and content additions / updates
o Providing monthly dashboards on site usage and demographics
o Partnering with HR system team owners, vendor and manager on strategic initiatives, including annual audits of cases and system users, as well as system upgrades
o Reporting and Analytics: create and analyze reports from the portal and case management data to identify improvements to our service delivery offerings.
o HR Administration: provide efficient HR transactional services for Flowserve employees, managers and HR team members via askHR using the documented processes and management tools.
University Degree, or combination of related experience and education
Three years related HR or marketing/communication experience with functional systems background such as HCM, case management and content management systems
Languages: English (required) and French (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across boundaries (cross countries and flexible to work across time zones)
Experience in developing materials to inform and guide employees
Possess strong customer service focus and knowledge of proper customer relationship/customer service practices
Exhibits a professional and collaborative when working with team member, customers and cross functional partners.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, v-look ups and macros)
Experience in SharePoint environment and company intranets preferred
Efficiency in navigating through multiple computer applications and databases

o Ability to deliver on deadlines in a measurement oriented environment
o Possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with internal HR portal / internet systems.
