Role summary:

Flowserve is looking for a Payroll Analyst (M/F/T) floating between the Essen and Ahaus locations, spending 3 and 2 days at each site respectively, reporting to the Payroll Manager of Germany. Theoretical knowledge of ADP TPO is desirable, which is being utilized at the Essen location. The LOGA software is used at the Ahaus site for data management purposes. Training will be provided for both systems. Flexible working hours and working from home are possible after successful completion of the trainings. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for payroll accounting while acting as a contact person for related employee issues regarding tax and social security as well. The Payroll Analyst will oversee master data maintenance and the execution of payment run for remuneration payments.

Your Role:

  • Carrying out payroll accounting, if necessary across locations in Germany, taking into account collective bargaining agreements and company agreements

  • Time recording and maintenance of master data

  • Contact person for employees on payroll accounting issues as well as tax and social security issues

  • Maintenance of master data and execution of the payment run for remuneration payments

  • Handling of the registration and certification process

  • Cooperation with social insurance agencies, health insurance companies, authorities and auditors

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training / assistant tax consultant or comparable

  • At least three years of professional experience in the area of payroll accounting/time management Professional handling of MS Office applications

  • Software knowledge with ADP TPO desirable

  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax and social security law

  • High reliability and trustworthiness are a must

  • Communication skills and a good service mentality complete the profile
