Role summary:

Regional Industrial Pump Parts Commercial Operations Supervisor (M/F/T) is responsible of leading all AM FPD Division Commercial Operations efforts related to our Industrial Pump parts offering. You are responsible for providing application expertise and support to other Regional AM Comm Ops Teams to drive the implementation of growth initiatives. You will be the go-to person for parts business for the Industrial pump BU (Vertical) leadership.

Your role:

  • Achieve the yearly booking target allocating resources and energies according to set priorities.

  • Deliver order transfers and value-added proposals differentiating Flowserve industrial product offerings.

  • Support the AM ComOps globally with technical interpretation and pricing of spare parts, consistently with global spare parts marketing strategy.

  • Contribute to the definition of proper business strategy, aiming to pursue growth of original equipment and aftermarket footprint.

  • Hire and train commercial resources while providing daily guidance supporting performance goals. Place focus on application expertise development. Ensure a rational and sustainable distribution of workload.

  • Ensure that ComOps metrics such as quotation volume, cycle time, bookings and hit/conversion rates are properly measured and utilized.

  • Lead the efficient utilization and deployment of current/future tools such as CRM (Flowforce), CPQ (Trident), SAP P11, AMP, SI&OP, aSAP, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor of Science Engineering degree or equivalent with 8+ years related experience or demonstrated capability with rotating equipment.

  • Deep domain knowledge of application engineering and quoting processes.

  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of products applications and types along with market-level pricing.

  • Ability to lead wisely and create a highly energized and motivated team.

  • German and English languages are mandatory.

  • High commercial skills are required, including financial acumen and sales mindset.

  • Availability to travel as required, approx. 30%
