Position Description:

  • Interested candidates must have welding experience and be able to pass qualifying tests in Tig, Mig and Stick welding. Candidate must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift

  • 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

  • 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am

  • Shift assignment will be determined by current business need.

  • Shift assignment will be determined at interview.

  • Presentation during interview (communication, demeanor, how application was filled out, accountability, high standards, sense of urgency, technical skills, etc.)

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience is required, inclusive of school.

  • Graduation from Welding program or certificate in welding.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Good work history.

  • Proficient use of shop math.

  • Ability to read blueprints.

  • Manufacturing experience.

  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime.

  • Candidate must be safety conscious

Preferences:

  • Tig, Mig and Stick Welding experience
