Do you like problem solving and delivering innovative solutions to your clients? As a Sales Engineer in the power market, you will travel across the California and Nevada engaging our existing customers doing just that. Travel, autonomy and competitive pay are just an application away!
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree
Must have 3+ years of experience with rotary equipment
3+ years in Industrial sales with a track record of self-initiated, sustained sales success
Knowledge and experience selling parts, repairs and service for rotating equipment
Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the territory
Collaborate with application engineers, customer service
Skilled at product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing
Effectively manage channel sales partners, including contract management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to travel at least 50% to client sites and satellite locations
Must reside within territory
This position will be responsible to provide effective Sales Representation of Flowserve to assure attainment of Sales Objectives, this will include but are not limited to the following:
Manage the proposal process and develop strategies to ensure we make the most competitive technical and commercial offerings.
Support Management in the settlement of warranty disputes and field problems.
Preference would be given to sales experience with combination of direct and channel reps / dist.
Candidate will ideally be located in the Los Angeles region
Experience with Salesforce
