Role Summary: You will be responsible for conducting internal HR investigations in the LAM region and worldwide. The position will be part of the Global Investigations team within the Integrity & Compliance department.
Responsibilities :
Conducting internal investigations in the LAM region and worldwide by identifying issues, interviewing witnesses, collecting and reviewing relevant data, drafting investigation reports, and recommending remedial action as appropriate.
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience conducting human resources, employment, or employee relations subject matter investigations.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, databases, and/or business software systems
Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Laws, or equivalent experience conducting HR investigations)
Ability and willingness to travel (15%) throughout area of responsibility and globally to conduct investigations or assessments.
Working with NAVEX or similar is a plus

Advanced skills in active listening, analyzing and evaluating information, and drawing logical conclusions.
Good judgement and the ability to identify and escalate issues.
Strong ethical values and commitment to operating with absolute confidentiality.
Strong time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues as necessary.
