Position Description:

This position is

responsible for all EPC valves sales activities across South East Asia

countries.

Position Requirements:

  1. To perform direct on-site customer support including quotation, product

application, technical presentation, value selling, etc.

  1. To lead & manage the sales representatives in achieving the sales

targets and ensuring they provide the level of service expected by customers

  1. To submit sales report and customers’ updates regularly as dictated by

the Sales Manager

  1. Be the focal point for external customer enquiries, quotations, order

review (technical & commercial) and fulfilment for EPC activities in South

East Asia countries

  1. Ensure pricing, discounts and terms and conditions are financially viable,

before order processing

  1. Provide Bookings and Sales report on a weekly and monthly basis. Other

reports include installed base database, inventory listings, backlog report,

etc.

  1. To manage the Alliance Agreement customers account in delivering the

agreement terms set

  1. To maintain existing customers and develop new customers to increase

market share through conversions and new products

  1. To increase the Sales turnover and profitability margin

  2. To provide customer with value selling on Flowserve product portfolio

  3. To submit weekly bookings forecast and monthly sales report

  4. To record all the installed base information in the database format

provided

  1. To conduct training or product presentation to key customers at least

once a year

Preferences:

  1. Degree

in Mechanical/Chemical/Instrument Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant

working experience preferably in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical

  1. Diploma

in Mechanical/Chemical/Instrument Engineering are welcome to apply.

  1. Have

relevant experience and knowledge in Valve sales and EPCs with a proven record

of success.

  1. Must

have a valid driving license and own a car

  1. Able

to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision

  1. High

level of commitment and self-motivation

  1. Good

interpersonal and communication skills

  1. Willing

to travel frequently (more than 70%)
